Its a home-from home, fully equipped for longer stays. It has super comfortable beds and lots of space to hang out.
All the bedrooms are spacious & comfortable. There are two living rooms so plenty of space to lounge around with your friends and family. One of our living areas is open plan with the kitchen & dining room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a grand living room with access to the balcony terrace with far-reaching sea views.
We have a fully equipped large kitchen perfect for making big meals. With 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar and a 10 person dining table.
Beamish House Does Allow Dogs For A Fee.
There are 4 bathrooms, (inc 2 with a bath), wardrobes, work stations, a highchair & travel cot for babies, kids tableware & toys, a Bosch hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine fridge, washing machine & tumble dryer, laundry products, iron & ironing board, and hair dryer provided, perfect for holidays & longer stays.
For parking, we can organise digital parking permits for you for on street parking (£2.50 per day per car). If you will need permits, please give us 48 hours notice before your arrival & we will then send you all the relevant information on where you can park.
We have three areas for watching TV and relaxing. All have Amazon Fire Sticks with freeview & Netflix on large TVs. We have toys, games & books to keep the kids entertained in our family bedroom 4.
Our rooms boast hotel-quality beds and linen. There’s 1 super king sized bed in the master bedroom with a double sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and bedroom 3 a queen bed. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the lower level that adults can use. There is also a further pull out bed.
So in total the house can sleep 12 people although only 6-8 adults depending on the set up you are happy with.
