Newly renovated, "Seabreeze" is a comfortable modern two bed studio apartment, designed with relaxation in mind. Breath in the spectacular sea views overlooking the channel between Corfu and the mainland, and for early risers, there's no better place to catch the spectacular sunrise, a truly unforgettable way to begin your day.


The peaceful and secluded "Seascape" Complex is set on the Chlomos mountain side over looking the picturesque Boukari coastal village, surrounded by olive tress with 180 degree stunning sea views across the Corfu channel, and situated at the end of a private road leading to a gated entrance, parking, and the accommodation.

The "Seascape" complex sits on 10 thousand square meters of land and accommodates two separate apartments both with private terraces, and a main house.

The "Seabreeze" studio apartment enjoys the serenity of nature with separate spaces for one main double bedroom (160) and a second bedroom area which can be separated into two singles or one large double (180). The bedrooms are separated from the main living areas by curtains, and both enjoy the benefits of air-conditioning.

Entering the apartment you arrive into an open planned kitchen, with a dinning and lounge area, which leads to the two bedroom spaces and a bathroom with shower.

The dinning area is set up for four guests, and the lounge with a three seater sofa, a lounge chair and TV. There are large sliding glass doors that overlook the stunning sea view, and lead out to a private terrace with sunlounges and outdoor seating / dining area.
